
Self-Awareness and Empowerment Coaching

Today’s pace of life leaves many feeling overwhelmed, reactive, and disconnected, even when they’re capable, thoughtful, and self-aware. If you’ve been pushing through stress, life transitions, or emotional fatigue while trying to “hold it all together,” this work is for you.
Self-Awareness & Empowerment Coaching is designed to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, recognize the patterns shaping your reactions and decisions, and rebuild clarity, confidence, and inner steadiness. This is a supportive, grounded space where insight turns into empowered action — without pressure, fixing, or forced positivity.
All sessions are held virtually, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your own space. We begin with a complimentary introductory session to explore what you’re navigating, clarify what you want support with, and ensure this feels like the right fit.
Once you choose to continue, your coaching journey follows our signature structure:
1½-Hour Discovery Session
A deep, reflective conversation focused on your experiences, values, stress patterns, and goals. This session creates clarity around what’s keeping you stuck and establishes a personalized roadmap for moving forward with intention.
Three Additional Coaching Sessions
Ongoing support designed to help you integrate insight into daily life. These sessions focus on strengthening self-trust, navigating challenges as they arise, and making empowered, sustainable choices aligned with who you are and how you want to live.
After completing the initial package, additional sessions are available individually for continued support, reflection, or life transitions as needed.
This coaching approach is grounded in self-awareness, reflection, and practical strategies that support emotional clarity and empowered decision-making. Rather than pushing for change, we focus on understanding because meaningful change happens when you feel steady, clear, and connected to yourself.

With a BA in Liberal Studies and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration, Whitnee Verdi spent over 30 years in the field of education supporting personal growth, leadership, and self-understanding. Throughout her career, her work has centered on helping individuals recognize patterns, develop insight, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Whitnee is a certified life coach through the Life Purpose Institute, an ICF-accredited coaching program, and brings a reflective, insight-driven approach to self-awareness and empowerment coaching. She is also the author of several interactive journals designed to support reflection, clarity, and intentional living, offering accessible tools that encourage individuals to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and make empowered choices in everyday life.
